What will you do?

n

- Lead and support project teams from start to finish, ensuring clarity, materials, sequencing, documentation, and communication.
n
- Maintain and boost team morale, keeping the workforce motivated, positive, and focused.
n
- Transform projects from the business development stage into site‐ready packages.
n
- Provide supervision and support to site teams, mitigating problems before they arise.
n
- Uphold quality, safety,



and compliance standards across all projects.
n
- Attend sites as needed to lead, check quality, and keep teams moving efficiently.
n
- Manage client communication, including pre‐starts, progress updates, project meetings, and close‐outs.
n
- Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and procedures.
n

What will you need?

n

n
- Construction or trade qualification (essential).
n
- Experience managing projects ranging from $300K–$2M.
n
- Experience working on commercial roofing projects such as schools, sports centres, or architectural roofing.
n
- Full Australian work rights without the need for sponsorship.
n
