Harrison McMillan is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead enterprise-level program scheduling, planning, reporting, and schedule governance activities across a major transformation program. This is a long-term 12-month contract with 1 x 12-month extension option and is based in NSW. Hybrid working arrangements apply, with at least 50% of the time in the office.

Due to the nature of this role, a Baseline security clearance is required.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the development and maintenance of program master schedules, including critical path analysis
- Establish and maintain scheduling, planning, and tracking frameworks across the program
- Support project managers to align project schedules with program objectives
- Monitor schedule health and provide progress reporting against baselines
- Manage program dependencies, risks, and mitigation activities




- Prepare delivery status and milestone reports for governance stakeholders
- Support earned value reporting processes and external program reviews
- Drive planning and scheduling maturity uplift across program teams

Qualifications / Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience demonstrating sound project financial management
- Extensive experience in scheduling practices within large programs
- Extensive experience with project delivery methodologies including PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile
- Strong experience using MS Project, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Microsoft products
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience delivering projects within complex program environments
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
- Desirable: Experience supporting earned value management and program governance reporting.
