About the role

We are partnering with a rapidly growing boutique advisory firm in Melbourne CBD seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expanding team.

n

You will manage a diverse SME portfolio and work closely with senior leaders on both compliance and advisory engagements.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns (companies, trusts, individuals, partnerships)
n
- Manage your own client portfolio
n
- Support tax planning and advisory work
n
- Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor
n
- Review junior staff work and contribute to development
n
- Assist with broader business advisory projects
n

About you

n

n
- Australian qualifications and experience
n




- CA/CPA qualified or near completion
n
- 3–5+ years' public practice experience
n
- Strong tax and compliance technical skills
n
- Confident communicator with client‐facing experience
n
- Interested in progressing into advisory and leadership
n
