You like keeping things organised, and you're someone trainers and students can count on. We're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team at Sale. You'll be part of a team, helping our trainers and supporting our student's day to day, from the moment they enroll through to finishing their course.

We are a reputable industry partnered Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code 21837) that delivers training and assessment services to many regional communities in Victoria.

The Role

Day to day, you'll be the person trainers and students come to when they need something sorted.

- Manage training groups, keeping schedules and attendance accurate
- Support students through their course, checking in and flagging where help is needed
- Organise placements, coordinating dates, hosts and paperwork
- Enroll new students and keep records accurate and current
- Help keep compliance on track across training and assessment
- Support and help supervise our trainer's day to day
- Catch small inconsistencies early, before they become bigger issues

working a nine-day fortnight with every second Friday off

Who We're Looking For

You're someone who's comfortable juggling a few things at once, and who trainers and students know they can rely on.

- Experience in an RTO or the VET sector
- Background in customer service or client support
- Positive conflict resolution skills
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Happy working independently

And a couple of must haves - you hold a current Victorian driver's licence, and you're willing to get a Working with Children Check.
