What You'll Be Doing

- Building high-performance UI features using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Collaborating with UX designers to turn wireframes into pixel-perfect components
- Working closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and optimise client-server workflows
- Improving performance, accessibility, and Lighthouse scores
- Participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning
- Helping shape UI standards, component libraries, and styling frameworks

Key Responsibilities

- Develop & maintain reusable frontend components
- Optimise rendering performance and bundle size
- Debug complex issues across browsers and devices
- Implement test coverage using Jest / React Testing Library
- Contribute to documentation, design decisions, and team guidelines

Required Skills & Experience





- 3+ years' experience in modern frontend development
- Strong proficiency in:React TypeScriptHTML5 / CSS3 / SCSSREST APIs / GraphQL
- Familiarity with:Next.jsWebpack / ViteGit workflowsUI libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, Chakra, etc.)
- Solid understanding of:Responsive designState managementAccessibility (WCAG 2.1)Browser rendering & performance tools

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Node.js
- Design tool familiarity (Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience working within an Agile or Scrum environment

Salary Range

AUD $110,000 - $140,000 + superannuation (Depending on experience)
