Included: Residential housing, site transport, flights at the start and end of the program, plus return travel over the festive period.

About the role

n

Work within our planning team, supporting the planning and optimisation of mining activities that help deliver safe and efficient production outcomes.

n

You'll gain exposure to mine design, scheduling, data analysis and operational planning while working alongside experienced mining engineers.

n

Some of your work may include

n

n
- Assist with the development of medium‐term mine plans and production schedules
n
- Support mine design activities for underground and/or open pit operations
n




- Analyse operational and production data to identify improvement opportunitiesAssist with mine planning software and reporting processes
n
- Participate in planning, production and safety meetings
n
- Contribute to projects focused on productivity, efficiency and mine optimisation
n
- Collaborate with engineers, geologists and operational teams to support mining outcomes
n

About you

n

We're looking for motivated students who are curious, hands‐on and keen to grow their technical skills.

n

You'll be:

- Studying Mining Engineering or a related discipline
n
- Interested in mine planning, mine design and operational optimisation
n
- A strong problem‐solver with analytical thinking skills
n
- Curious and willing to learn from experienced professionals
n
- A confident communicator and team player
n
- Willing to live and work in a regional mining setting
n
- Hold a valid manual driver's licence
n
