The Role

n

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing technology and integration delivery team.

n

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployment execution, environment management, automation, and production operations across critical enterprise integration platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable deployments, maintaining operational stability, supporting release activities, and driving continuous improvement across development and support functions.

n

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience across DevOps tooling, automation, release management, production support, and Agile delivery, with a strong focus on operational excellence, security compliance, and enterprise-scale technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities across non-production and production environments.
n
- Execute, validate, and troubleshoot application and integration deployments, including controlled manual implementation steps.
n
- Maintain integration connectivity, environment stability, and platform health through proactive monitoring and support.
n
- Provide L3 production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis,



and operational problem management.
n
- Support release management, change management, disaster recovery (DR), and environment lifecycle activities.
n
- Ensure adherence to security standards, credential management, audit requirements, and segregation of duties controls.
n
- Develop and maintain automation solutions, runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
n
- Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, stakeholders, and support teams to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Need

n

n
- Strong experience with PowerShell and Shell scripting for automation, deployment, and operational support.
n
- Hands-on experience developing and supporting Chef cookbooks and configuration management solutions.
n
- Proven CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and up-to-date deployment practices.
n
- Experience managing ServiceNow Change, Incident, and Release processes within enterprise environments.
n
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and backlog management.
n
- Experience with Cucumber, Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), and integration testing frameworks.
n
- Understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, security compliance, audit readiness, and operational governance practices.
n
- Experience supporting enterprise integration platforms, cloud environments, disaster recovery processes, monitoring tools, and production support operations.
n
