JV Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Skilled Construction Labourers to join a variety of commercial and residential construction projects across the Gold Coast.

We have immediate starts available, with ongoing work and long-term opportunities for reliable candidates. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople on well‐established sites, assisting with skilled labouring tasks while helping keep projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Assisting qualified tradespeople on site
n
- Operating a range of hand and power tools
n
- Site preparation, clean‐up and material handling
n
- Working closely with site supervisors and project teams
n
- Completing tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- Minimum 12 months' construction labouring experience
n
- Confident using hand and power tools
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
n
- Valuable understanding of site safety procedures
n
n
What's On Offer

- $36.67–$40 per hour + Superannuation
n
- $22.41 Daily Travel Allowance
n
- Meal Allowance after 9.5‐hour shifts
n
- Penalty Rates including time‐and‐a‐half and double time for overtime
n
- Weekly pay
n
- Immediate starts available
n
- Ongoing work with the opportunity to secure permanent employment
n
- Work across a range of reputable commercial and residential projects
n

Essential Requirements
n

- Construction White Card
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Own reliable transport (highly desirable but not essential)
n
- Full PPE
n
- Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening if required
n
