We're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Admin Officer to join our Wagga Wagga team. You'll be an important part of the practice, providing administrative and client support and helping keep the office running smoothly.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on administration role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, working with people and keeping things moving.
You'll support our accountants and leadership team, assist with client enquiries and onboarding, coordinate day-to-day office administration and help ensure our systems and processes run efficiently.

- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Previous administration, reception or professional services experience is essential.
- Experience with Xero or accounting software is a bonus.
