Piper Alderman is seeking a People & Development Manager to cover a 12–14 month parental leave contract based in our Adelaide office. You will partner with Partners, leaders and employees across legal and business services, servicing our large Adelaide office within a national P&D; team.
You will manage the full employee lifecycle and provide strategic guidance on talent management, leadership development, engagement and organisational change, including early careers activities.
