We are seeking an experienced Facade Design Manager to lead the design and coordination of complex building envelope systems across high‐rise and commercial developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys managing projects from concept through to delivery while working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Lead facade and building envelope design development from concept through project delivery.
n
- Oversee the design of high‐rise curtain wall, window wall, unitised and stick‐built facade systems.
n
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and facade performance requirements.
n
- Ensure compliance with:
n
- Structural requirements
n
- Thermal performance standards
n
- Waterproofing and air infiltration requirements
n
- Acoustic performance criteria
n
- Fire and life safety codes
n
- Review internal shop drawings, VMU/PMU documentation and construction details to ensure constructability and compliance with project specifications.
n
- Coordinate design comments, revisions and technical solutions with architects, consultants, external contractors and internal project teams.
n
- Support project delivery through effective planning, documentation and technical leadership.

About You
n
n
- Proven experience in facade engineering, facade design or building envelope management.
n
- Strong understanding of curtain wall, window wall, unitised and stick‐built systems.
n
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications and performance requirements.
n
- Knowledge of Australian building codes, facade standards and compliance requirements.
n
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
n
- Program‐driven, highly organised and detail‐oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- Experience delivering high‐rise residential, commercial or mixed‐use projects is highly regarded.
n
- Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin
