Lead Educator (Full-Time)

Salary: $34.51 – $39.24 per hour

What You'll Do

n

n
- Lead the planning and implementation of a high‐quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
n
- Inspire and mentor educators within your room
n
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
n
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
n
- Support children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‐based experiences
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
n
- Current Working with Children Check for QLD
n
- Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- A collaborative and supportive leadership style
n
