Job Description

2 x Business Analysts - Change Program

- WA Gov, East Perth

- 1 year contract

n
There is now a requirement for up to two (2) Business Analysts (BA) to join the Program to assist with more advanced project implementation and analytical/problem solving to enable provision of better end-to-end solution integration and process development/mapping, in accordance with industry best practice business analysis methodologies.
n
The Program requires two (2) BAs to fundamentally:
n
n
- Perform release and business change management activities.
n
- Design of process to deploy the solution to over 800 schools.
n
- Develop and document Business Processes;
n
- Support End-to-End Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing;
n
- Analyse and translate stakeholder needs from business requirements into implementable software configurations;
n
- Develop appropriate design, configuration and testing activities and documentation (specifications and workflow processes) in accordance with application environments;
n
- Support project management for business process changes;
n
- Provide advice on current business process analyses, including suggested improvements;
n
- Assist the Test Manager with the design, development and execution of test strategies, test plans and test cases;
n
- Contributes to deployment planning and supports deployment;
n
- Provides problem resolution and support;
n
- Interact and coordinate with SMEs, vendors and implementers,
including working in close collaboration with SMEs to define and specify enhancement requests;
n
- Leads/supports the development of documentation; and
n
- Seeks and obtains feedback from Program stakeholders to ensure solutions and services meets their expectations.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, OR EXPERIENCE
n
n
- Minimum five (5) years Business Analysis experience.
n
- Demonstrated experience working within large ICT Change Programs.
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Experience developing business processes.
n
n

- Demonstrated well developed ability to provide high-level customer-focused support.
n
- Client business satisfaction in respect of quality and timeliness of deliverables.
n
- Demonstrated practical written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate effectively and maintain cooperative partnerships.
n
- Experience in Microsoft Office products (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Project and Outlook).
n
- Deliverables are achieved against the established Program Plan.
n
- Other performance indicators to satisfy service requirements, with any revised KPIs implemented in consultation with the Planning and Integration Manager and Program Delivery Manager.
