We have a rare opportunity to appoint a Commercial Analyst to work at the Company's Head Office in Silverwater, New South Wales.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for providing commercial expertise to the business and supporting the finance function with a focus on strategic planning, analysis and business partnering. More specifically your role will include:

n

- Supporting the retail grocery & foodservice sales teams through the provision of effective management information and analysis
n
- Analysing product line & category performance major accounts
n
- Driving sales and KPI performance
n
- Driving the budgeting and planning process
n
- Driving strategic initiatives to ensure revenue and profit growth
n
- Financial modelling to support business cases
n
- Driving major projects
n
- Identifying risks and opportunities
n
- Development of customer pricing models and profitability analysis
n
- Spearhead reporting, systems and process improvements across both finance and the wider business
n
- Trade spend management and return on investment
n

About You

n

We are looking for an outstanding candidate with the following skills and experience:

n

n
- Proven track record of business partnering sales retail (grocery) teams and/or foodservice and senior executives
n




- Proven track record of implementing reporting and systems improvements
n
- Commercial finance experience within FMCG
n
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a strong urge to understand the business drivers behind the numbers
n
- An ACA or CPA with a degree in Accounting as a minimum
n
- A stable career history showing progression and personal growth
n
- Highly professional, well-presented and articulate
n
- Strategic, driven and commercially astute
n
- A strong communicator and comfortable presenting insightful analysis and recommendations to a wide non-financial audience in a clear and concise manner
