Role Overview: A Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a set of related projects or initiatives, often with a shared objective, to achieve strategic business goals. They ensure coordination and interdependence between projects, managing overall program risk, resources, and stakeholder communication to deliver the collective perks.

- Define the program's objectives, scope, and governance structure.
