We're now looking for a Sales Consultant who can do that story justice — someone with the passion to genuinely understand our engineering and advanced features, and the skill to communicate them in a way that gives every customer confidence in the exceptional ownership experience a Vision RV delivers. This is a rare opportunity to sell factory-direct, backed by the full story of how the product is made — and that's the kind of edge that lets the right person achieve results well beyond what's possible at a standard dealership.

This isn't a job for someone happy to coast. We want someone who wakes up thinking about their next sale, who gets a genuine kick out of closing a deal, and who won't be satisfied clocking average numbers when the top of the leaderboard is right there. What You'll Be Doing

- Guiding customers through the full sales journey — from their first walk onto the yard to driving away in their new van




- Running product demonstrations and walkarounds that make people fall in love with the layout, the build, and the brand
- Building genuine relationships and a referral pipeline, not just chasing one-off transactions
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups through our CRM — no excuses for leads going cold
- Keeping our online listings and digital enquiries sharp and up to date
- Representing Vision RV on the road at select South East Queensland caravan shows and expos (some weekend work involved — this is where a big chunk of the industry's best deals get done, and where you'll want to be)

What You'll Bring

- A proven ability to sell — caravan, automotive, marine, real estate, or big-ticket retail experience is all highly regarded, but attitude matters more than industry
- A genuine interest in product and engineering, and the ability to translate advanced features and off-road capability into a story customers understand and trust
- A relentless, self-driven work ethic and an unshakeable drive to win — you set your own targets and then beat them
- Confidence with technology — CRM platforms, digital walkarounds, social media, and online tools should feel like second nature, not a chore
- Sharp communication skills and the natural ability to build rapport fast
- A current driver's licence and the flexibility to work some weekends around show season
- A competitive streak and the resilience to bounce back from a knockback and go again
