Performance Marketing

n

- Hands‐on management of Meta, Google and TikTok advertising accounts.
n
- Campaign builds, optimisation, budget allocation and performance analysis.
n
- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement turnaround plans.
n
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and marketing efficiency.
n
- Identify and scale growth opportunities.
n

Creative & Content Performance

n

n
- Own the creative strategy behind paid media performance.
n
- Develop testing roadmaps, messaging and campaign concepts.
n
- Brief and direct graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
n
- Ensure a continuous pipeline of performance‐focused creative assets.
n

n

UGC & Creator Programs

n

n
- Develop and manage UGC and creator content initiatives.
n
- Create creator briefs, scripts and content frameworks.
n
- Direct content production to improve advertising performance.
n
- Build repeatable content systems that support growth.
n

n

Founder Partnership

n

n
- Work directly with founders and operators to solve growth challenges.
n
- Contribute commercially, not just tactically.
n




- Bring ideas, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities.
n
- Take ownership of outcomes, not simply activity.
n

Essential Experience

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in performance marketing, growth or digital acquisition.
n
- Strong hands‐on expertise across Meta and Google Ads.
n
- Experience working with beauty, wellness, lifestyle, retail or eCommerce brands.
n
- Proven ability to improve performance and scale revenue.
n
- Experience directing creative production and UGC programs.
n
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
n
