We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our business to work within our Melbourne office.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven recruiter who is looking to make their mark on the sector with real training & support from senior management within the business.

The position:

n

Your daily routine would be hugely varied, but the core duties would include:

n

- Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
n
- Advertising and handling the response
n
- Meeting with candidates & clients
n
- Presentation of suitable candidate CVs for your client
n
- Negotiation of employment offers and issuing contracts to candidates
n
