Gridsight is scaling rapidly and seeks an IT Operations Manager to own IT operations end-to-end, from onboarding recent hires to maintaining SOC 2 and guiding ISO 27001 readiness. You’ll be the first dedicated owner, reporting to the VP of Operations, shaping processes and supporting a growing employee base.
