About the role
n This is an opportunity for an experienced Assistant In Nursing with acute nursing experience and qualification to work in an innovative and progressive rural health service.
n
You'll havestrong communication, empathy and customer service skills while you assist patients with their daily routines, such as showering, toileting, dressing, eating, communication, mobility, medication and exercise.
n
You'll keenly observe those in your care, keep accurate electronic patient records and assist in the planning of daily routines and ongoing care.
n
Working closely to assist the registered nurse, you'll work independently on tasks delegated, collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied workload with competing priorities.
n
