Amaze Early Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to join our team at Amaze Redbank Plains.

n

This opportunity has become available as our much-loved Centre Director transitions into a sector support role outside of centre leadership. They leave behind a strong, professional and well-established team who are committed to children, families and their community.

You will be joining an established team and will have the autonomy to lead the service while being supported by the wider Amaze Leadership Team.

About the Role

n

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading, mentoring and developing a professional Early Childhood team.
n
- Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and child safety.
n
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Law and National Regulations.
n
- Leading the Quality Improvement Plan and supporting Assessment & Rating processes.
n
- Building strong relationships with children, families, team members and the local community.
n




- Supporting inclusive practices and children with additional needs.
n
- Managing staff performance, professional development and team capability.
n
- Ensuring policies and procedures are consistently implemented.
n
- Managing service operations, occupancy, staffing and financial accountability.
n
- Working autonomously while engaging with the Amaze Leadership Team for support.
n
- Embedding the Amaze philosophy of "Every Child, Every Day, We Care."
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
- Proven Centre Director or senior leadership experience in an ECE setting.
n
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Law and National Regulations.
n
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, governance, QIP and Assessment & Rating.
n
- Strong staff leadership, mentoring and performance management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A calm, nurturing and solutions-focused leadership style.
n
- A genuine passion for children, advocacy, inclusion and quality education.
n
- Experience supporting professional development and building team capability.
n




- A current Blue Card and required child safety training.
n
- Australian citizenship and the right to work in Australia.
n
- Confidence using digital systems and technology.
n
- Experience or interest in the 3A Abecedarian Approach, Bush Kindy and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice will be highly regarded.
