We are now seeking a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
This is a front-of-house role that is essential to the smooth running of our office and the high-quality service we deliver to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, and will also provide a wide range of administrative support to our financial advisers and broader team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing front desk and reception duties, including greeting clients and handling phone and email enquiries
- Coordinating client appointments and diary management
- Providing general administrative support across the team
- Assisting with client file maintenance and database management
- Supporting a positive, client-first culture in everything you do
This role is perfect for a junior candidate looking to get their foot in the door in a professional services firm.
You’ll be naturally friendly, welcoming and confident engaging with clients, while enjoying a busy front-desk environment. You take pride in your presentation, attention to detail and getting the little things right, and you’re motivated by delivering great service every day.
