Technical Leadership

- Architect, design and oversee development of the dexIQ platform.
n
- Define and maintain system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
n
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability and security across systems.
n
- Stay abreast of AI/ML and automation technologies that enhance the product.
n

Delivery & Quality

n

n
- Own technical delivery across sprints and releases, ensuring on‐time and high‐quality outcomes.
n
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and documentation.
n
- Monitor and improve system metrics such as uptime, response time and defect rates.
n
- Identify and address technical debt and process inefficiencies.
n

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with internal teams to understand business needs.
n
- Translate product requirements into detailed technical plans.
n
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‐technical stakeholders.
n

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve team processes and platform scalability.
n
- Contribute to long‐term technical strategy, tool selection and architectural decisions.

- Ensure compliance with data security and finance‐related regulations.

Experience & Capabilities

n

n
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
n
- 8–10 years of engineering experience; 3–5 years in a lead or architect role.
n
- Proven experience managing distributed teams.
n
- Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, data pipelines and CI/CD.
n
- Experience in integrating AI/ML or automation systems preferred.
n
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern DevOps practices.
n
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem‐solving skills.
n
