Product Coordinator

Join our team as a dedicated Product Coordinator at Shine Lawyers, a leading law firm committed to justice and innovation.

Location & Remote Work

Based in either Melbourne CBD or Adelaide CBD, you will work in a hybrid setting that blends onsite collaboration with flexible remote days.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Document and validate business and technical requirements across the entire development lifecycle.
n
- Prepare data dictionaries and database models to support our bespoke case management platform and iManage.
n
- Review backlog, plan releases, and allocate tasks to the development team to keep projects on track.
n
- Provide testing feedback, identify process improvements, and propose product enhancements.
n
- Analyze data and reporting, create PowerBI infographics, and cleanse datasets using Excel and other tools.
n
- Liaise with external software vendors on escalation requests that cannot be resolved internally.
n
- Manage mailbox, respond to stakeholders, and handle administrative tasks.
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Information technology studies or equivalent skilled experience.
n




- Strong stakeholder servicing and multitasking abilities.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high detail orientation.
n
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and lookup functions.
n
- Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and data storage.
n
- Experience with UXPin, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
n
- Familiarity with legal practice management software (iManage, MatterSphere, Thomson Reuters 3E) is desirable.
