Hudson is looking to hire a Business Analyst for a Government client. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics and Content Management Systems.

Key Information

n

- Duration of the contract: Initial 6 months with a view to extend.
n
- Role reports into: Head of IT Service Delivery
n
- Experience: 4-7 years in a complex digital transformation or product development workplace.
n

Must Haves

n

n
- Proven experience working with enterprise-level CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365), including mapping business processes to system functionality and identifying gaps.
n
- Must have experience on content management systems, preferably Drupal but WordPress, Adobe CMS, SAP Hybris etc. acceptable.
n
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modelling, process mapping and information analysis/modelling, planning, design, testing and system integration, using industry standard techniques in a complex business environment.

- Work Arrangement: Melbourne based role with Hybrid work arrangement, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days per week. Not suitable for Interstate applicants. Office anchor days: Thurs and Tue/Wed
