With a strong pipeline of work secured, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $20M+ Class 2 luxury apartment project in Manly.

This is an opportunity to join a business known for exceptional quality, collaborative leadership and delivering architecturally designed projects that set the benchmark in high-end residential construction.

As Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a luxury apartment development from commencement through to handover. Working closely with senior management, consultants and a strong site team, you'll drive programme, quality, commercial outcomes and client satisfaction on a flagship project.

Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of a $20M+ Class 2 luxury apartment development.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to achieve programme milestones.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement and cost control.
- Drive quality, safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.




- Oversee contract administration and project reporting.
- Utilise Procore to manage project documentation, communication and project workflows.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

To be considered

- Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects as a Project Manager.
- A background working on high-end or luxury residential developments.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience.
- Experience using Procore.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
