The Opportunity

n

We're growing and welcome applications from consultants across a range of experience levels, from Consultant through to Senior Manager. Salary and level will reflect experience, capability and demonstrated impact.

n

You'll partner with clients to deliver meaningful business and technology transformation initiatives, helping organisations navigate change and achieve successful outcomes.

n

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management or PMO/Project Coordination across consulting, professional services or client-side delivery environments.

n

You'll work across a mix of client-site, remote and office-based arrangements depending on project requirements,



supporting a range of business and technology transformation programs, including system implementations and organisational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver or support project management, business analysis and change management initiatives
n
- Lead system implementations and broader transformation programs
n
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
n
- Identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies
n
- Support business development activities, proposals and client growth opportunities
n
- Coach and mentor junior consultants
n
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Glisk through service development, thought leadership and internal initiatives
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in consulting, professional services or client-facing delivery environments
n
- Experience delivering business and technology change initiatives
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong planning, problem-solving and delivery capabilities
n
- Relevant qualifications, training or certifications are desirable but not essential (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, BABOK, Prosci, PMP)
n
