Quality ManagerSouth Nowra, NSW $100,000 – $130,000 + Super (DOE) Monday to Friday | Flexible Start Times

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing organisation based in South Nowra. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of quality systems within a regulated environment, supporting both compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as the in office Quality lead when required.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Maintain and improve QMS within a regulated manufacturing environment
n
- Oversee document control, deviations, CAPAs, and change management processes
n
- Support batch review and product release activities
n
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external and regulatory audits
n
- Lead investigations relating to quality issues, non-conformances, and complaints
n




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
n
- Provide training and guidance to operational teams on quality standards
n

About You

n

n
- Degree-qualified in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
n
- Proven experience in a GMP-regulated environment
n
- Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, and regulatory requirements
n
- Experience managing investigations and root cause analysis
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
n
- Experience within food, pharmaceutical, or complementary medicines manufacturing is highly regarded
n
