Are you an energetic, hands-on Facilities Coordinator looking for your next site-based role in Bendigo? Our client is looking for an organized candidate to oversee day-to-day site operations, vendor performance, and financial tracking during a key period of project delivery and property sale activity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Site & Team Support: Coordinate daily tasks for an in office team of multi-skilled operatives to maintain top-tier premises presentation.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise external service providers, ensuring safety protocols, performance standards, and SLAs are met.
- Financial Admin: Process Purchase Orders (POs), manage monthly accrual reporting,
and update internal finance trackers.
- Building Audits & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections, enforce property risk management programs, and handle ad-hoc site priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between Senior FM leadership, client representatives, landlords, and managing agents.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven background in Facilities Coordination, Property Operations, or Contractor Management.
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial management systems.
- Tertiary qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
