What we are looking for:

n

An experienced forklift operator and 2x Warehouse Operators preferably with produce market experience, who will be responsible for working with fresh produce in a busy market environment. Working across multiple teams,



communication and forward planning skills are a must to ensure smooth operations. Availability to work 5-6 days for a 10pm to 12am (Night shift) start including the occasional weekend, if required, is essential.

What you'll do:

n

n
- Safe and efficient forklift transporting and tracking of fresh produce, loading and unloading of containers and trucks.
n
- Daily pre-starts and equipment checks to proactively identify maintenance issues.
n
- Receiving and Dispatch work.
n
- Picking and Packing orders, manual handling.
n
- Other duties to assist dispatch staff, as required.
n
- Current Forklift License essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
n
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or market setting.
n
- Previous experience working in Fresh Produce Markets highly desirable.
n
- An understanding or perishable goods picking, stock rotation and expiry date sorting.
n
- A cool head under pressure and ability to work in a diverse team.
n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Forklift license would be great! But not essential for the right person.
n
- Previous warehouse experience in FMCG environment preferred, but again - not essential
n
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly
n
- Ability to carry out consistent lifting of cartons weighing up to 20kg in a fast-paced environment
n
