This represents a rare opportunity with one of the best accounting firms in Wollongong. This firm has been in operation for many years and are well known in the local community. The firm is led by a team of very humble, down to earth and friendly Partners and Managers.

POSITION

Due to growth the position of Manager has been created within their Business Services Team.

This role will involve the following:

- Work alongside the Partners to provide leadership to the accounting team
- Manage, mentor and develop junior staff
- Manage client relationships
- Provide outstanding tax compliance and advisory services.

This role can also accomodate an Senior Accountant who is ready to step up within 12 months.

CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- CA/CPA
- 6+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage client relationships




- Solid understanding of Australian Taxation Law
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
- An excellent work ethic, attitude and willingness to learn
- Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
