Role Overview
- Position Type: Full Time Permanent

- Subject Areas / Year Levels: Humanities and History, Years 7-12
- Salary: $78,564 to $118,063 FTE depending on experience and classification.
POL allowances apply for leadership positions.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Humanities and History lessons across Years 7-12 aligned to the Victorian Curriculum and VCAA requirements
- Foster critical thinking, inquiry-based learning and historical understanding across junior, middle and senior year levels
- Support students through VCE History and Humanities pathways with confidence and subject expertise
- Maintain accurate student records, assessments and reporting in line with college and Department of Education requirements
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues on Humanities and History curriculum planning, moderation and professional learning
- Contribute to the broader school community through pastoral care and co-curricular engagement
About You
You're a qualified teacher who:
- Holds or is eligible to obtain Australian/NZ Citizenship, PR or valid work rights (Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply)
- Holds or is eligible to obtain Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
- Has an updated resume and can provide at least two recent professional references
- Brings creativity and adaptability to lesson planning and delivery
- Maintains high expectations for student learning and wellbeing
