Our client is a respected name in the mechanical services industry, known for their technical expertise, loyal client base, and collaborative culture. With a robust pipeline of $5M - $20M projects, they're growing and ready to bring in the right person to lead and deliver key builds across sectors like education, aged care, retail, and commercial mid‐rise.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing HVAC/mechanical projects from start to finish
n
- Working with builders, consultants, and subcontractors

- Overseeing budgets, timelines, safety, and quality
n
- Mentoring junior team members
n
- Reporting to the Construction Manager and collaborating across departments
n

n

What You'll Bring

- Experience delivering mechanical projects $5M - $30M+
n
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and services
n
- Great commercial acumen – cost control, scheduling, and communication
n
- Leadership style that's proactive, hands‐on, and solutions‐focused
n
- Mechanical trade background or degree (ideal but not essential)
