Overview

Sales Support (Onsite Residential) in Pemulwuy. The role supports Onsite management to achieve company vision and implement strategy to be the trade's most valuable partner.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Answer telephone enquiries from customers.
n
- Process customer requests for delivery/release of orders for next‐day dispatch.
n
- Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information.
n
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
n
- Log After Sales requests and associated follow‐up.
n
- Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and procedures.
n
- Process and export mining orders.
n
- Project‐manage and estimate projects.
n
- Embrace Reece values, policies and procedures and support the team.
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.
n




- Willingness to "have a go" and strong personal and workplace presentation.
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows programs – Word, Outlook and Excel.
n
- Project‐managing and estimating skills.
n
- People‐skills and ability to build solid relationships.
n
