Restaurant Manager – Rottnest Island

Rottnest Island – Western Australia
n $80,000 – $95,000 per year + Super
n Full‐time with included shared accommodation, services and meals.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

n

n
- Already be in Perth or planning to arrive.
n
- Have managerial experience in restaurants, preferably Italian, with more than 100 seats.
n
- Be open to potential career progression.
n

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Managing the restaurant's day‐to‐day operations.
n
- Hiring, training and staff development.
n
- Proficiency in achieving KPIs for labour cost and cost of goods (COGs).
n
- Completing end‐of‐day operational and financial reports.
n
- Participating in weekly and monthly management briefings and meetings.
n
- Demonstrating strong leadership skills.
n




- Contributing to budget planning and being motivated to achieve set goals.
n

Skills

n

n
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant manager position.
n
- Approved Manager certification; ability to work under pressure.
n
- Knowledge of H&L; (POS) is appreciated but not mandatory.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Time management.
n
- Strong administrative skills.
n
