Our client is a fast-growing, boutique real estate agency based in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs known for its premium presence, strong leadership and energetic team culture. Due to growth, they are seeking a polished and motivated Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join their energetic office in a newly created role.

The Role

n
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional front‐of‐house experience
n
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
n




- Maintain presentation standards of the reception area and support overall office coordination
n
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
n
- Assist with basic banking duties and postal services

n
- Support coordination of office events and internal functions
n

About You

n
- Positive, proactive and professional
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and follow‐up
n
- Well‐presented with a strong work ethic
n
- Real estate experience advantageous but not essential
n
