Digital Marketing Coordinator - Multi-Venue Events & Hospitality

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll coordinate and deliver digital marketing initiatives across Bankstown Sports Club, associated venues and internal brands.

This hands-on role combines creativity, content, campaign execution and digital optimisation to help drive visitation, membership growth, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across venues, events and promotions
- Managing website content and enhancing the digital customer experience
- Coordinating email, SMS and CRM campaigns
- Supporting membership, loyalty and retention initiatives
- Managing paid digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
- Coordinating content across websites, social media, mobile apps and digital screens
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver successful campaigns

About You





You're a proactive and organised marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple digital channels and bringing campaigns to life.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including websites, email marketing, CRM, social media and paid advertising
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- A collaborative approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer lifecycle marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Meta advertising
- Experience within hospitality, entertainment, events or membership-based organisations
