Job Description

We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Generative AI Developer with deep expertise in AWS to build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions. This role will focus on designing and deploying generative AI models and agentic systems that solve real-world problems across industries, leveraging the full power of AWS cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for enterprise applications.
n
- Build and optimize agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, multi-agent collaboration, and contextual decision-making.
n
- Architect and implement AWS-based infrastructure for scalable AI workloads, including SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and Step Functions.
n
- Integrate LLM-powered applications with business workflows, APIs, and data pipelines using AWS services.
n
- Apply Responsible AI principles including bias detection, explainability, and compliance frameworks.
n
- Develop RAG pipelines, multi-modal interfaces, and evaluation frameworks to improve model performance and reliability.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, production-grade AI solutions in regulated environments.

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong experience in Generative AI, including LLMs, transformers, and prompt engineering.
n
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch,



TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
n
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services: SageMaker, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, and API Gateway.
n
- Experience deploying AI models in production environments with CI/CD and monitoring.
n
- Familiarity with MLOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
n
- Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
n
- Experience with multi-agent systems, LLM fine-tuning, and GenAI evaluation techniques.
n
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty or Solutions Architect).
n
- Prior experience in legal tech, investigative platforms, or public sector AI is a plus.
