The Opportunity

We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our brand new Sunshine Plaza boutique opening in October! Supporting the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with strong clienteling expertise, ready to inspire their team and grow their career within a premium boutique environment.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Support and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
n
- Deliver elevated client experiences through personalised styling and service
n
- Drive sales performance through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling
n
- Maintain exceptional store presentation in line with Oroton's visual standards
n
- Support daily operations, including rostering,



stock flow and customer experience
n
- Partner with your Store Manager and wider leadership team to deliver store initiatives
n

- Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs

- Advanced clienteling skills and attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-volume environment

- A natural flair for styling and passion for luxury product

- Experience in recruitment, coaching, and team development

- Confidence delivering promotional and visual merchandising initiatives
