About the job: Oracle ERP Fusion Project Manager

- Around 10+ years of experience with minimum of 5 years of project management experience in EBS & Fusion implementation & Support Projects. Experience in managing at least 2 Oracle Cloud Projects (Oracle Fusion HR / FIN / SCM) is a must.
n
- Hands-on experience in any of the Oracle ERP Modules.
n
- Prior experience leading ERP-related transformation initiatives, including integrations, reporting, security, and general IT background and knowledge.
n
- Demonstrated track record of working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving setting, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
n
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
n
- Continually assessing potential risks and issues, maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans. Monitoring and communication of decisions made by the customer.

Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle ERP Fusion projects (HR, FIN, SCM)



and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
n
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budget for EBS & Fusion implementation and support initiatives.
n
- Drive ERP-related transformation efforts, including integrations, reporting, security, and IT-aligned activities.
n
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues; maintain logs and contingency plans; communicate decisions to the customer and project team.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and business units to align objectives and deliverables.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in project management for EBS & Fusion projects.
n
- Experience managing at least 2 Oracle Cloud projects (Fusion HR/FIN/SCM).
n
- Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Modules.
n
- Proven ability to lead ERP transformation initiatives with integrations, reporting, and security components.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to work across multiple organizations.
