About the Role

Provide senior technical leadership across capital works and technical services. A decision-making role for an engineer who wants to shape standards, mentor others and influence outcomes directly.

Duties

- Lead technical standards and guidance
- Provide QA across major projects
- Support capital works decision-making
- Mentor engineering and technical staff
- Improve technical consistency and performance

Skills & Experience

- 8+ years' PQE, ideally in infrastructure, water or civil works
- Strong technical standards capability
- Confidence to lead and make decisions




- Mentoring and stakeholder communication skills
