Must-Have Skills

- 5–12 years of experience in AI/ML/NLP/LLM engineering or AI consulting
n
- Solid hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
n
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
n
- Experience with AI cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
n
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs
n
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma
n
- Working knowledge of LangChain and LlamaIndex
n
- Understanding of MLOps / AIOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management
n
- Familiarity with data engineering, structured and unstructured data processing, and analytics tools
n
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language
n

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience designing and scaling enterprise AI solutions
n
- Exposure to agent-based architectures and advanced RAG patterns
n
- Experience in AI governance, security, and responsible AI
n
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
