Responsibilities

- Managing an Estate Upkeep team to conduct trades work delivering estate maintenance within Defence sites
n
- Capture KPI's and Estate Upkeep work performance metrics
n
- Ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements
n
- Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- General trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision
n
- Working knowledge of asset compliance / management techniques
n
- NSW Trade licence for discipline
n
- Current open driver's licence
n
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory)
n
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering high‐quality outcomes
