n Job Description
n As a key member of Colliers' Valuations team, you will provide detailed valuation advice across a variety of retail property including shopping centres, supermarkets, large format retail centres and CBD assets. You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including the collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence,



completion of cash flow models and the delivery of timely and accurate valuation and advisory reports.
n In Addition, You Will

n

n
- Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
n
- Assess current market values for properties
n
- Extract and appropriately analyse comparable sales evidence
n
- Work collaboratively with other Colliers' divisions by seeking and referring opportunities
n
- Support the National Director through achievement of individual revenue budget
n

Qualifications The successful candidate will report directly to the National Director, who will act as a mentor to take an enthusiastic valuer to the next level in their valuation career.
