Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Officer (Adelaide Airport, Casual)

Overview

We are looking for a sales‐motivated, customer‐oriented individual to join the Adelaide Airport team on a casual basis. The role focuses on driving revenue through vehicle rentals, upselling additional services, and providing excellent customer service in a quick‐paced environment.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on preferences and needs.
n
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
n
- Promote and upsell additional products and services.
n
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
n
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
n
- Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages.
n
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products.
n
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
n
- Detail and clean vehicles to business quality standards.
n
- Refuel and transport vehicles.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
n




- Car rental experience highly desirable.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‐first mindset.
n
- Confidence using computer systems and technology.
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment.
n
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster – 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
n
- Valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record.
n
- Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing).
