The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency Co Op in Wangaratta invites applications for the Nugel Case Manager role. You will work with Aboriginal children and families, government and sector partners to improve outcomes and build family capacity, with Nugel’s Cultural Therapeutic Ways guiding practice.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will assess needs, develop care plans, document thoroughly, and advocate for culturally protected, trauma-informed care within CYFA frameworks.
