We're seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to support the implementation of a new Contractor Management System (CMS) on a 6-month contract. This role will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring the system is designed, integrated, and validated effectively.

Duties of the role:

n

n
- Validate and refine high-level business requirements into functional/system detail.
n
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, integration designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
n
- Map system workflows, role-based actions, and compliance checkpoints.
n
- Define and validate integration points with existing systems (SaaS/API).
n
- Prepare and execute UAT scripts, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.
n
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, IT teams, and vendor partners.
n

Skillset and experience required:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst / Systems Analyst on enterprise IT projects.
n
- Hands-on experience implementing a Contractor Management System (CMS).
n
- Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and API-based integrations.
n
- Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
n
