An internationally recognised Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Services Manager / Services Manager to join its growing project delivery team. Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and specialist services throughout project delivery.
n
- Manage consultants, subcontractors,



and client stakeholders to ensure seamless services integration.
n
- Drive programme, quality, commissioning, and handover outcomes.
n
- Identify and manage project risks while maintaining commercial and contractual objectives.
n
- Provide technical leadership to project teams and mentor junior engineers and services staff.
n

About You

n

You will have experience delivering major commercial, industrial, healthcare, infrastructure, or data centre projects with a recognised Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 contractor.

n

You'll also bring:

- Strong experience managing complex MEP services packages.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
n
- A track record of delivering technically challenging projects safely, on time, and within budget.
