Sales Assistant to Director | Inner North West | $65K-72K + Commissions (OTE $100K)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Sales Assistant to work directly alongside a high-performing Director within a successful inner north western real estate office.

You'll play a key role in keeping campaigns, listings and compliance running seamlessly while gaining valuable experience across every stage of the sales process. Ideal for someone who enjoys organisation but also wants to be involved in the field and develop a long-term career in residential sales.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing property marketing campaigns from pre-listing through to settlement
- Coordinating photographers, stylists, copywriters and marketing suppliers




- Preparing proposals, appraisals, pre-listing kits and sales documentation
- Processing new listings and sold files while ensuring compliance
- Managing CRM records and maintaining accurate databases
- Liaising with vendors and buyers throughout campaigns
- Assisting with buyer enquiry management and follow-up
- Attending open homes, auctions, building inspections and bank valuations

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in real estate sales administration, Executive Assistant or Sales Assistant role preferred, but not necessary
- Robust organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Confident communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Genuine interest in residential sales and long-term career progression
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate preferred
