Toowong Orthodontics is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Oral Health Therapist to join the team to cover maternity leave for a period of 7-8 months. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about orthodontic care and wanting to work in a practice that values clinical excellence, teamwork and patient experience.

Days & Hours

Key responsibilities

- Provide high-quality orthodontic treatment under the direction of the orthodontist, including appliance adjustments, debands and aligner reviews
- Deliver preventative oral health education and hygiene advice tailored to orthodontic patients
- Monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey and communicate updates clearly to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
- Work collaboratively with orthodontists, dental assistants and reception staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety

About you

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Oral Health Therapist
- Valid professional Indemnity Insurance
